Raffle Rules for

Billy Cook Saddle

  1. Donations are being accepted for the RoTPHC Scholarship Fund. A donation of $5.00 gets the donor one (1) Raffle Ticket for a chance to win a handmade Billy Cook Saddle, $20.00 gets the donor five (5) Raffle Tickets.
  2. Raffle tickets are available from the RoTPHC only.
  3. Each raffle ticket will provide the donor one (1) chance to win the saddle.
  4. Donor must provide name, address and active telephone number on the raffle ticket stub which will be retained by RoTPHC. If an e-mail address is also provided by donor, the donors e-mail address will be placed on the RoTPHC e-mail list and will receive periodic e-mails concerning club events.
  5. The drawing for the saddle will be held at a time and place to be determined by the Board of Directors of RoTPHC.
  6. Drawing will be held in an open forum and the winner need not be present to win.
  7. The winner of the saddle will be notified by telephone. If there is no answer, a message detailing the win will be left on the voice mail, if voice mail is available. Five (5) attempts will be made to notify the winner over five (5) consecutive days.
  8. If no contact is made with the winner by telephone contact, a certified letter will be sent by USPS. If no contact has been made between the RoTPHC and the winner within 30-days of drawing date, the winner will forfeit the saddle and another raffle ticket will be drawn. The same process will be pursued for the second winner and any subsequent winners until the saddle has been awarded.
